You can in Psychology, probably can in sociology, but I'm not sure.

yeah, as long as you have something to offer in marketing, doesn't matter what you went to school for. (in America)

sure, in the US you probably can't be hired directly to Marketing Manager with only the degrees, but you can start working in marketing with either of those degrees.
