Master Certificate in Internet Marketing worth anything?
If I get a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing would it help me get a job or are master certificates usless? Should I aim more for a Masters Degree? I am so confused I really want to get an online certificate. Thanks! So a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing and a Masters degree is not worth anything?

You can print your own on line certificate by using photo shop.......and it will be worth just as much..........they are useless.......

I am interested in switching careers into Internet Marketing. Will Internet Marketing master certificate help?
I do not have a bachelors degree but am a tech geek and am knowledgeable about SEO and SEM practices. I mainly have a sales background and am looking for a change.

In my honest opinion, you don't really need a degree. With regards to Internet marketing it is more important that you got something to show for. If you start your own company, no one will ask you if you have a degree. Rather, they would like to see proof what you are capable of.

I generated more than $100,000.00 online, and I do not have any IM degree. hundreds of people earned way more than me and they don't have any degree. Not needed.

Hi, congrats on your decision to get into internet marketing...if you do it right, and work hard, it will pay off HUGELY! You really don't need a degree. All you need is to educate yourself. Ask yourself...how much would you spend on a degree? Then take that money and invest it in educational materials. General Internet Marketing education: From my own experience, I have learned the most from the following internet marketing resources. - PPC Classroom - Joel Comm - Steve and Tim (Commission Blueprint, Niche Blueprint etc.) <-- Most valuable, comprehensive and easy to understand internet marketing information out there IMO. To learn SEO - SEO Book (seobook.com) <-- no aff. link - SEO for dummies (actual book) that should get you a long way on internet marketing. Also check out forums, like warriorforum, digitalpoint etc. Good luck, and if you want more info let me know.

I'm majoring in marketing, what are some different career oppertunities for me?
I'm majoring in marketing, but am confused at the different kinds of careers I can persue. I know that I could get my masters and teach marketing to a university, but Im curious of the other options.

Work for a major corporation like Pepsi or Coke in their marketing department. Work for a hotel chain. You could mix the marketing with a management position at the hotel. You work for star athletes as their personal marketing executive. You set up all personal promotions; advertising using the star; and possibly helping them with their investments.
