From what I know, many people with degrees in other areas go on for a masters in those two areas, particularly business. Some programs might want you to make up some deficits (take a few undergrad courses first) but if you meet gpa and other requirements it shouldn't be a problem. Look at petersons.com for more info on program requirements, and call schools you are interested in to confirm what they would want to see from you. Good luck!
