Can you get a masters degree in something that is unrelated to your undergraduate degree

Can you get a masters degree in something that is unrelated to your undergraduate degree?
For example, I majored in safety management but would like to master in marketing. Do I have to do a lot of extra work? How does it work? Thanks in advance.

Absolutely. just take the GRE and apply. A girl I work with got a bachelors in psychology and went back to get a masters in computer science.
