Most people who want to do graduate work in marketing get an MBA. It would be the wise thing to do, as an MBA with a concentration in marketing pays better than an MS in Marketing. The best schools for marketing are exactly the same as the best MBA programs. You can get MBA rankings at US News or BusinessWeek. = = = = = = EDIT = = = = = While I stand by my comment that the best MBA programs also have the best Marketing programs -- I have to take back the word "exactly." Nefiaf is certainly right that the order is not exactly the same, and that Northwestern is great for marketing. US News actually does rank marketing programs. I've inlcuded the link. Nefiaf will be happy to see that they put Northwestern at the top. I have to point out that both graduate B-schools I attended (Duke and Berkeley) are also in the top ten.

Listen to Ranto. He knows what he is talking about (at least as far as getting an MBA, not an MS. I disagree that the best MBA schools are always the best in Marketing). I don't know the whole list of schools ranked by Business Week for their MBAs in Marketing, but I DO know that Kellogg (at Northwestern) is ranked #1. US News does not, to the best of my knowledge, rank schools by specialty.
